By accessing and using Septimus services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Septimus Technologies.

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By using Septimus, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• "Service" refers to the Septimus anti-cheat software and all related services
• "User" refers to individuals or entities using our Service
• "Server" refers to Minecraft servers utilizing our Service
• "Player Data" refers to information collected from players on protected servers
• "Subscription" refers to your paid access to the Service

Septimus provides cloud-based anti-cheat protection for Minecraft servers, including:

• Real-time cheat detection and prevention
• Machine learning-based behavior analysis
• Cross-server intelligence sharing
• Automated mitigation systems
• Dashboard and analytics tools
• API access for custom integrations

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per server network is permitted

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Monitor your account for unauthorized activity
• Ensure your server configuration is compatible
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Price: €80 per month per server network
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion for service issues only.

Late Payment

Services may be suspended for payments overdue by more than 7 days. Data will be retained for 30 days after suspension.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Use the Service to harm or harass players
• Circumvent or disable Service features
• Generate false positive detections intentionally
• Share account access with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service for illegal activities

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by Septimus Technologies and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your Minecraft server(s) in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of your server data but grant us a license to process and analyze it for Service provision and improvement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed your monthly subscription fee
• We are not responsible for player actions or third-party content

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Actions harmful to other users or the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

1. First, contact support to resolve issues informally
2. If unresolved, proceed to mediation
3. Finally, binding arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands

You waive any right to jury trial or class action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

We will notify you of material changes via:

• Email to your registered address
• Dashboard notification
• Service announcement

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
